Bluh, Bluh, Moody Douchebag is the short way to say it, but really that doesn't even begin to scratch the surface that is Sollux Captor. He likes to keep to himself for the most part, and is only really social when he needs to be. Even when he is social he tends to have an off putting sense of humor that only a select few trolls probably truly enjoy. Those who can get past his bizarre and overly sexual sense of humor are then normally turned off by his horrible mood swings thanks to him being bipolar.
On a good day he can be friendly as he knows how to be, which is to tease his friends in a mocking sort of way. He's confident in himself, and over all he thinks he's hot shit. Why wouldn't he? Who else can do the things he does with computers, he's simply the best there is. If he's not friends with you then perhaps he's just sort of being a condescending asshole. That however is if he is even interested in talking to that person at all. He won't fake being interested in talking to someone.
On the flip side, he's full of self hate. He'll beat himself up for absolutely no good reason. Yeah, he's great at computers, but he could be better. He's suddenly painfully aware at how fucked up his life is, and how fucked up HE is. Some nerd who can't even say his own name right, who manages to fuck everything up. That's how he feels about himself on a downswing at least.
Those are his problems though that he'll say he's working on. He doesn't appreciate people trying to pry and help him about it either. As such there are very few people he'll confide in. Talking feelings with Sollux is like pulling teeth. Yeah you can get him to open up, but he'll complain about it the whole way.
[ Strengths/Weaknesses ] :
Strengths: Sollux is a powerful psionic who is capable of high level telekinesis. He also has his optic blasts and the ability to psychically put things to sleep, though with that we've only seen him use it on his mind bees. It's not said if he can do the same thing to a troll, though Aradia did something similar to him. He has vision twofold which lets him see the future and the present, but seeing the future is not always a strengths especially when said future is the death of his planet.
Weaknesses: There are downfalls to being a psionic, one of which is he hears the screams of the imminently deceased. He also gets horrible headaches. He is also physically frail, like man this kid needs to do something besides sit at a computer all day and forget to eat because he was too busy coding on his computer.
